If you need to return or exchange any item purchased from OnlineTires.com, please notify us by calling toll free 1-877-465-8473. Anyone of our tire technicians will be glad to assist you. We will accept returns according to the return policy below. All returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.

Please follow the return instructions to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

• Original strapping shoud be completely intact and in their original packaging. Straps must not be broken. (If not, please ship tires individually and DO NOT tape it together for it might break and lose the other pair and OnlineTires.com will not be responsible for missing pair).
• Tires should not be damaged, installed or used in any way.
• Each tire should be clearly labeled with your return address and OnlineTires.com address even when strapped to another tire.
• Packing slip with Return Authorization Number shoud be taped securely on tire.

WHEELS ONLY

Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Returning of merchandise will require a Return Goods Authorization number and all non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee ($15 minimum). We will issue a refund for the product when the returned merchandise meets OnlineTires.com return guidelines (please see Return Check List). The cost of shipping will be credited only if for instances where the return is a result of OnlineTires.com error. Otherwise, shipping cost will still apply. Credit will be given less all-shipping fees and restocking fees. All merchandise must be in good condition.

No return will be accepted if tires or wheels are mounted or used in any way. There will be no return or exchanges accepted on special order tires.

Credit will be issued the same way as purchased.

Cash purchases will be issued a refund check.

Orders must be cancelled by PHONE ONLY. Email cancellation will not be accepted.
BodykitZ.com uses only FedEx, which varies in delivery time. Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to ship. Allow additional days for wheel and tire packages and non-stocking orders. BodykitZ.com will not be responsible for shipping delays after products have left our warehouse. Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day order apply only to stock on hand. All overnight, 2nd and 3rd day orders cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by telephone. Please call us toll free at 1-877-465-8473 for all overnight, 2nd and 3rd day order confirmations. Orders placed by credit card will only be shippped to the billing address of that card. No P.O. Box or APO addresses will be accepted. Actual shipping weights may vary from shopping cart weights. Shopping cart weights have been adjusted to include shipping and handling, fuel surcharges and other applicable fees.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada and U.S. contiguous may incur higher shipping charges based on the shipping option available. Shipping times may vary. Ask your online representative for details.

Customer On-Site Pick-Up Orders will be processed within 24 hours after placing the order. Plase call toll-free number 1-877-465-8473 for pick-up schedule.
If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 48 hours of reciept. Please call us toll-free immediately at 1-877-465-8473 or email cancellation will NOT be accepted.
BodykitZ.com provides coverage/warranty against product defects only. Warranties are determined and provided by the manufacturers. All other warranties do not apply. Customers must provide for their own shipping. Call our toll free number 1-877-465-8473 to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.
- Orders will only be shipped to the main billing address on the card. No alternate address or ship to address allowed. No P.O. Box or APO addresses will be accepted.

- BodykitZ.com verifies billing addresses thru merchant services for fraud security purposes. Unverified billing addresses will not be processed until fixed by the cardholder. BodykitZ.com is not responsible for delay in shipping for non-matching billing addresses.
